This brand new luxury apartment is situated in Qawra, a district within St Paul's Bay on the north east of the island. The apartment is located in the quieter part of Qawra but the beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and bus station serving all parts of the island are within a 5 minute walk.

Equipped with 2 double bedrooms, the apartment has a sleeping capacity of 5 persons. Fully equipped and air-conditioned for your home comforts, our apartment includes free WiFi, hair dryer, washing machine & drying rack, LCD TV, SatelliteTV, DVD, iron & board, toaster, cooker/oven with hood, fridge/freezer, stainless steel pots, and all kitchen utensils. Linen, quilts, blankets and bath towels are also provided.

The owners are always on hand to help you enjoy your stay to the full.

Dear Guest, as from June 20, 2016, the Government of Malta is introducing an Environmental Contribution. All revenue generated from this initiative will be used to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands.

“Nice apartment with a few negatives”

My girlfriend and I stayed in this apartment for a week. The apartment is huge, very clean and well equipped. Both bedrooms are well sized with plenty of storage for clothes etc. On the website photo the double bed looks huge in one photo and small in another. It is a king size bed so plenty of room. The only problem was the base sheet was not big enough and you often ended up directly on the mattress. The apartment was very cool throughout the day and night so there was no need to use the air con and we probably used less than 2 days of electricity allowance over a week so you'd be hard pressed to go over that. If you are wanting a few nights in there are a full range of sky tv channels to choose from. I can only presume they had the maltese equivalent of kodi. There were a few negatives with the apartment. The first is a lack of hot water. There are two bathrooms (one main and one en suite). Both have their own water heaters. I'd describe the water as warm at best in both bathrooms and that barely covers the length of one shower. The main bathroom only has a handheld shower head so not really suitable for a full shower so my girlfriend showered in the morning and I showered in the evening. I tried to have a bath one evening after a run but in hindsight that was never going to work as the bath is huge and the water gets cold long before it is deep enough to bathe. I can imagine this being very problematic for anyone bringing young children or frankly any party of more than two people as there would definitely not be enough hot water for everyone. There was no hot water at all in the kitchen and we had to boil the kettle several times to wash dishes. The location of the apartment was not very nice. The street it is on is run down to say the least with tacky bars aplenty and a large unfinished hotel which must have ran out of funding. The apartment backs on to wasteland. The balcony looks on to this wasteland and one of the tacky bars so was not the most tempting to utilise. We had a hire car and parking was not the easiest on the street and you sometimes ended up quite far away. In summary, the apartment is very nice and if not for the hot water issue and location we would definitely stay again.

“Beautiful apartment, everything you would want and more!”

Such a lovely apartment very spacious and furnished to a very high standard. The owners are very helpful but I must admit we didn't need to contact them once we had been shown around, everything you could possibly want is already in the apartment. Qawra is a lovely quiet resort with many nice bars and places to eat. An excellent nearby bus service to other resorts and many trips available easily booked locally. I have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful apartment and will definitely be staying again in the future.

“Fantastic place to relax in Malta”

Amazing place with wonderful hosts that took care of us, offered advice and help. One of the tenants picked us up from the airport, gave us keys and informed us about all the details - that's always a nice way to start your holidays :) Apartment is big and in a very high standard - it's new, with big beds, nice bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, TV, Internet and very nice furniture. It's located in a lovely and lively neighborhood, few steps from busses. Close to grocery stores (open late), bars and restaurants with local cuisine. It's also very close to the seaside, so you need just a 5-minute walk to take a bath or watch the sunset. We had a great time there and I would recommend this place with a clear conscience. It's also worth to mention that the prices are very good. Aaron, Paula - thank you very much for this amazing experience!
