Description

Ideal holiday home for either big groups - up to 12 people or several families. The house consists of three independet apartments - 200 sqm in total and has a big garden. All the apartments have been renovated in spring 2014. In the whole house free WLAN und cable TV with 600 programmes. The apartment in the middle has 4 1/2 rooms (80 sqm), 3 sleeping rooms (for 5 people), a big living room with a big table and couch, kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher) and bath room. The top apartment has 2 rooms (50 sqm), 2 sleeping rooms for 4 people, kitchen with table and chairs and a bath room. The apartment on the ground floor has 3 rooms (70 sqm), 2 sleeping rooms for 4 people, big living room with fire place, a kitchen and a bath room. A baby bed and a high chair are at no cost at your disposal.The whole house has central heating. Satellite TV with international programmes available. The house is in the middle of the village, close to the beaches (400 m - fine sand), the shops and restaurants are in a distance of 300m. The so called Côte Sauvage / wild coast, is as well in walking distance - about 600m away .In the big fenced, private garden (700 sqm) there is a parking lot for 2-3 cars. In the little garden house you will find a washing machine, dischwasher, games for children, sundbeds etc. There are 2 terraces in the garden with garden furniture and sun beds. One of terraces is covered.

There are lots of sports activities possible: Swimming in the sea, hiking, tennis, cycling, golf, horse riding, sailing. In addition bed sheets (Euro 13.-- per person) and towels (Euro 5.-- per person) can be rented. Just inform the owner a few days beforehand
