Our Suite "Imbabura" is perfect for travelers looking for something comfortable, experiential with an authentic feeling of Old Quito. It is a wonderfully light-filled suite with a stunning view from its terrace of El Panecillo, Virgin of Quito and Historical Center of the city. You will surely feel at home within this very special and comfortable suite. It is located within Casa Lunaloma, a beautifully restored colonial house. It has an intimate courtyard with a water fountain for your enjoyment
Our Loft "Imbabura" is self standing apartment located in the third floor of Casa LunaLoma, a beautifully restored colonial house that has been divided into seven unique apartment/lofts, each one carrying it's own personality and special qualities.
Our Loft has a unique balance of modern ammenity comfort and old colonial architectural finishes. It's hardwood floors give a sense of warmth and cozyness. It has exceptional views of Old Town Quito as it stands at top of Casa Lunaloma with it's own "mirador" terrace with an unobstructed view of "El Panecillo" (the little bread hill) and "La Virgen de Quito"
Our apartment is wifi friendly with a smart tv. The dining room is perfect for a cozy intimate dinners and our living room is great for a small social gathering. We have a king sized bed with a comfortable mattress and two twins. This place is great for a small family or a group of friends. There is plenty storage through it's build in closets.
As part of your stay, you will have access to the gerenium filled courtyard of Casa LunaLoma, a peaceful, inner patio with a traditional colonial water fountain at it's center and a unique panoramic window with a great view of "The Virgin of Quito" framed within it. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax from your day, have a "Canelazo" or cup of wine and even meet some of our other guests.
Casa LunaLoma also has a small terrace on it's third floor with a stunning and unobstructed view of el Panecillo.
Throughout your stay, feel free to reach out to myself or Esteban, my cousin and manager of Casa LunaLoma who lives in Quito and will be always available. We are here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as we can. We are so proud of our Casa LunaLoma and being able to share what Ecuador has to offer.
We are located in Barrio La Loma Grande a colonial neighborhood in old town Quito. We are just walking distance away from the must-visit spots in Quito like Plaza de Iglesia de Santo Domingo, Plaza de la Independencia, Presidential Palace, many Colonial churches as La Compania, San Francisco, Art Museums, and very close to the charming and very popular street of "La Ronda" where you can find classic ecuadorian restaurants, super lovely traditional souvenir shops and cafes.
And if you ever feel like visiting other Quito neighborhoods, the Trolley stops and buses is only about 800 meters from Casa Luna Loma.
