El departamento se encuentra al Norte de Quito a dos minutos del condado mall 15 minutos de la mitad del mundo, 20 minutos de la naciones unidas, 25 minutos de la mariscal y centro historico por la vía occidental. Estamos a 8 minutos del Antiguo Aeropuerto. Tiene 3 habitaciones comodas, limpias y nuevas y 2 1/2 baños . Cuenta sala, comedor, cocina, cuarto de lavado con todo los utensillos y enceres necesarios, 1 garage. Se lo arrendamos con sábanas, cobijas, toallas. Tiene WIFI, CABLE, Y LINEA LOCAL DE TELEFONO.

Hay transporte público a una cuadra y taxis que pasan al frente.

Located in Ponciano Alto this apartment has a great location if you are looking to explore the surrounding towns of Quito and Quito itself. We live in the same building of the apt and we provide economical tours to all our guests.

We enjoy showing our country and we have made wonderful friendships over the last couple of years. Some of the activities close by are: Old town, Middle of the world, Guayabamba Zoo, Pichasqui Pyramids, Jerusalem dry forest, Mindo, Nanegalito, Cala Cali, Pululagua, Teleferico, Mariscal, Otavalo. The apt is close to Condado mall and to the North Bus Terminal and the Metrovia Terminal, and to the airport. It is a comfortable apt with a wonderful view of Condado Golf course.
