Description

The house is a modern 7 bedroom new build, built in an old orchard within a small quiet village . Three of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There are also two further family bathrooms and a small toilet.

The house is fitted with modern appliances as standard. The kitchen is large and open plan with the living area. A utility room is located to the rear of the kitchen and it incorporates a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house has a large garden area, ideal for children to play. There are bbq facilities located on the patio and a pool table in the games room on the first floor of the house.

“Perfect Family Holiday Retreat”

We have been at the house 3 times now which says it all really! A huge house set in a very peaceful location with a large garden for young children to have great fun in. The house is always immaculate and has great facilities.Great BBQ and large dining table and huge games room make it perfect for entertaining a large family or a group of friends.You can be there with family or friends but still feel like you have your own space the house is that big. Only an hour and a half drive from Calais to the house you do need a car when you are there so be prepared for a bit of travelling by car if you want to go on sightseeing trips.Le Touquet, Rouen and Amiens are all less than an hours drive and well worth a visit. Disneyland is about 2hrs drive from the house and although a long day is doable in one day. Overall a very nice holiday house, I'm sure we will be back again soon!
