Conveniently situated close to popular suburbs of Rosebank, Parkhurst, Melville, and Sandton, with the M1 Highway connecting to the CBD and Pretoria only 10 minutes away. Fine dining is within walking distance - Tripadvisor # 1, # 2 & #10 rated restaurants Wombles, Cubes & Local Grill. Great shopping in the closest proximity - Rosebank Mall (with famous African Craft Market) and Hyde Park Corner are 7 minutes away. Smaller shopping centers with good quality supermarkets, bottle stores, pharmacies, delis, etc. are conveniently located within short driving distance. For those with schoolchildren the location offers easy access to Parkview Jr and Sr, Parktown Girls, St.Theresa's, Pridwin, The Ridge, St. John's, King Edward's School. The Universities of Witwatersrand (WITS) and Johannesburg (UJ), as well as Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) are within easy commuting distance (20 min).

The apartment is located on the edge of the Parkview Golf Course. Premium sports facilities are nearby, including Parkview Squash Club, Linden Swimming Pool, Pirates Sports Club, Planet Fitness Gyms (Rosebank and Craighall). Johannesburg’s favourite park (Zoo Lake) is three blocks down our street (which is within walking distance), and the Johannesburg Zoo on the other side of that. Johannesburg Botanical Gardens are a mere 10 minutes away.

The apartment is fully equipped with the essentials and extras to offer you the most comfortable stay:

- Kitchen has all necessary appliances (microwave, toaster, electric and stove kettles, food processor, mixer, and is equipped with electric stove, fridge & freezer; there are pots and pans, set of cutlery and dishes for 8 people (in case you'd like to host a dinner); and abundance of cupboard space, including a large pantry;

- Lounge features a large comfortable couch opposite a wall-mounted HD flat-screen TV + DSTV receiver; and a beautiful 8-seater wooden dining table with chairs;

- Main bedroom has got a King XL size bed and a reading nook with bottom storage space overlooking beautiful garden; plenty of storage is offered by the built-in closet stretching alongside the wall, a large storage side board, and a chest of drawers;

- Guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed, 2 wooden closets, and a wooden writing desk;

- Bathroom is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer (in a large open storage closet); bath tub and a lot of storage (floor unit, two mirror cabinets, basin vanity unit, and display shelves);
