“Corn House Review” A lovely place for a family get together. Owner very helpful. Site well in the country and peaceful. The children loved the wandering chickens, the pigs and the tennis court. The go-karts were a success with the adult children too! Excellent butcher in Much Wenlock! Lovely countryside to visit. We had a superb time and would love to go back another year.

“Wonderful restful holiday cottage” This cottage has everything you could possibly need. It really is a home from home. My son enjoyed the fishing very much and it was easy to keep an eye on him from the cottage. There are so many things to see and do. Close to many beautiful areas for walking and exploring. Shops are not too far away. Lots of nice pubs in the area to eat out .. we managed to eat out every day! We had a totally relaxing holiday, going somewhere different every day and relaxing in the evening. Highly recommended.

“Excellent accommodation” I cannot rate this barn highly enough - it is large , comfortable and is as plush and luxurious as is reflected in the photos.

“Black n white gem” Bijoux barn conversion in the heart of little known 'black and white' part of the country. The cottage was clean , well-equipped and perfect for a cosy hideaway. The owner couldn't have been more helpful with a lovely welcome of homemade cake! Loved the spiral staircase! Right in the heart of the country. Night skies were breathtaking.

“Shropshire at its Best” This cottage was by far the best holiday rental we have experienced. The location, looking up at The Long Mynd, was perfect, the walking excellent and the local pub great! We shall hope to return for more holidays in The Byre.

“the best cottage you could rent” The landlord Phil is wonderful. The location in a few minutes from town. The cottage is very comfortable and immaculate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Garden furnature to sit outside. Quiet location. If I could live there I would!

“Hot tub heaven” This is our second visit to the Old Barn. Visitors may be a bit surprised on arrival as the property is part of a business, with commercial property and vehicles close by. Don't let that put you off. The property is excellent, with excellent underfloor heating, power showers, 4 poster bed and a hot tub among many features. The owners are on site and if there are any problems they can assist virtually immediately. What more can I say? Ah yes, the hot tub. I wonder how much they cost.

“Great accommodation for a family holiday” All our expectations were met with abundance.Plenty of space and amenities for all ages. Easy access to Ironbridge and other local interesting places

“Absoloutly great” Lovely place all you could ever want super power shower and the cake was very welcome all the home comfort and more lovely quiet peaceful area well situated for visiting surrounding areas would definetly return again first class

“Relaxing break in a beautiful cottage” My husband & I and our two best friends booked a short break at this cottage. We were so impressed with the spaciousness of the cottage and the facilities. Equipped for self catering, we treated ourselves to steaks (cooked by the best steak chef!) The Wain house was wonderfully warm for the time of year and the hot tub was a welcome treat. So glad we found Wain house, thankyou for a wonderful break.

“Delightful cottage in a fantastic location” Had a wonderful week at Shepherds Cottage. There were plenty of walks with beautiful scenery from the door. The cottage was cosy with lovely views of the hillside from the windows.

“Beautiful cottage in great location” We stayed here while visiting family nearby. It is a beautiful conversion with all the equipment you would need and more, and space for us to welcome visitors. There are some lovely touches like the kids playground, toys for kids, phone box with great maps and local info, and the owners are on hand if you need them. Would recommend to anyone wanting a real country break with luxury!

“Peaceful relaxing location away from all the hustle and bustle.” The owners were nice and friendly and very helpful if you wanted to know anything about the surrounding areas and where to do sightseeing and places of interest to visit. The only drawback is that there was no shops nearby if you wanted to buy a newspaper or run out of milk or bread. Bridgenorth is the nearest town and it has some nice shops and tearooms.

“Excellant accomodation and surroundings” The ground floor of the property was spacious and ideal as we had two children under five so there was place for them to play. The garden and paddock behind was ideal for ball games and play.

“A nice peaceful location.” Lovely place,beautifully furnished right by the river.Very attractive bed linen but rather uncomfortable mattresses.Nice big fitted kitchen & lounge.There were six adults plus a seven year old & a baby.Lots of space for all of us plus parking for three cars.Loved all of it except the mattresses.

“Tub with a view” A very well appointed let with a super hot tub in the garden which allowed views of the Shropshire countryside. The bedrooms were luxuriously set up with TVs and i-pod docks. The kitchen was satisfactory (a few more utensils would have been useful). The location in relation to the town was ideal with a five minute walk into the centre. A wide range of hostelries and cafes was present. The garden was a relaxing place to while away the evening although the road noise was a little intrusive.

“Excellent” Lovely barn conversion, all mod cons, everything you could need. Well though out and very comfortable. Friendly unobtrusive owners on hand for assistance and information. Excellent location,

“Peaceful retreat in lovely surroundings” Kite's Nest is a cosy, well equipped cottage. We found it to be very comfortable and in a lovely setting on the farm with peacocks, chickens and ducks visiting us daily. The cottage is in a very quiet rural location with walks available from the door step. The only downside for us was the very narrow roads from Church Stretton to the accommodation which we found a little too narrow for our liking. A beautiful area though and a really lovely little cottage.

“Comfortable and convenient” This house was within 5 minutes walk of the town centre and was in very good order and a sensible use of space. A wood burner was most welcome in some cold weather in January.

“Fabulous quiet weekend” Really well revamped cottage with excellent sized fully enclosed garden for the dog. Excellent facilities for barbecue and owners extremely friendly and accommodating. Would definitely consider again as while slightly isolated location makes it really personal but still within 2 mins walk of the pub. Only tiny downer was it could probably do with a slightly bigger TV for the evenings in.

“fabulous cootage and location” Stayed for a weekend with friends and had the most wonderful weekend. We received a very warm welcome.Homemade cake and wine which was a lovely touch.Cottage very luxurious.Bed and bedding so comfortable.Had the best nights sleep.Hot tub also made it special.Will definetely be staying again and would highly recommend The Milking Palour
