Appartamento per 8 persone di 110mq situato al primo piano in edificio dei primi del '900.

Molto luminoso (dotato di 10 finestre) situato in ottima posizione, su uno dei più bei viali di Rimini, con pista ciclabile, che porta direttamente al mare. Vicinissimo anche al Centro Storico, alla Stazione dei Treni e al Palazzo dei Congressi. Parcheggio auto in strada senza problemi e posto bici e scooter in corte interna privata ad uso esclusivo. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Animali domestici ammessi. No Wi-Fi.

DETTAGLI:

L'appartamento è al primo piano ed è composto da ampi vani: grande cucina, soggiorno nella mansarda (collegato alla camera tripla con una scala a chiocciola), camera tripla con tre letti singoli, camera family con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, camera doppia con letto matrimoniale, bagno con lavandino, wc con doccetta (non c’è il bidet), doccia.

In tutti i vani (tranne il bagno) è presente l'Aria Condizionata.

La cucina è dotata di stoviglie. E' presente Tostapane, TV 46 pollici, Radio, Lavastoviglie, Lavatrice, Aspirapolvere, Ferro da stiro con miniasse, Stendibiancheria, Asciugacapelli. Inoltre per chi ha bambini sono disponibili Seggiolone, Sedia alta, Vaschetta per bagno neonati.

Corte interna privata ad uso esclusivo dotata di tavolo e sedie.
