Seaside holiday home: Summer in Roseto degli Abruzzi! Lovely three-room apartment for rent in the seaside town of Roseto degli Abruzzi, in the province of Teramo. Ideal for 4 people, it consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom (with washing machine), two large terraces, equipped with garden furniture, parking in front of the house. The apartment is about 150 meters from the beach, 500 meters from the Borsacchio Nature Reserve, close to the Valle delle Abbazie trails and a few kilometers from Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga. The rentals go per week, booking from Saturday to the following Saturday and it is possible to book several weeks in case of availability. WI-FI service

How do damage deposits work?

If Roberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
