Apartment set in a new building (2011), air conditioning, fiber internet with wall cable connection and free wifi, tv, elevator, balcony.
Open space of 15 meters to 5 meters, with wooden ceiling, the two lower corners are 192 centimeters tall and already moving a few centimeters towards the interior height exceeds two meters, with a double sofa bed. Kitchen with top of okite, induction cooktop, oven and fridge. The kitchen is equipped with everything.
The sleeping area with double bed and in front of this, bunk bed that disappears closing wall, closet and dresser.
The sleeping area and the living area are separated by a wardrobe and sided by a booth.
