Description

Topaz Villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Cardiff Hall in Runaway Bay, St Ann's. The Villa boasts a large private swimming pool overlooking the golf club. The bedrooms are large and airy with ensuite and fans. There is a large lounge/diner for inside dinning and socialisation. With cable TV. In addition, there is outside dinning on the verander overlooking the golf course and breathtaking views.. Price quoted is on a self catering basis with some housekeeping.

The local beach is within walking distance where a bar and cooked meals are available to purchase. There is a choice of local shopping in Salem, Priory, St Ann's Bay, Browns Town, Discovery Bay and Ocho Rios. There are many restaurants, cafés, night spots which are local for your enjoyment. Places of interest near by, Dunns River Water Fall, Dolphin Cove, Flavours Beach, Mystic Mountain, Margaretavila Day and Night spot, Bob Marleys Resting place

There is a caretaker who keeps the grounds and swimming pool in good condition. Sangster Airport, Montego Bay is approx 1 Hour away. Car driver/hire is available upon request. Airport transfers on request.

“Nice time”

Had a great time at Villa Topaz.. Nice family owned business. Host was so friendly and made us fell welcomed and he Cooks too! The property is on the golf ourse very private with a beautiful view..
