Situated in Sa Pobla, in the north of Mallorca, this spectacular villa with private pool offers accommodation for 10 guests.

The outdoor areas are spacious and well-kept and there you find many chill-out corners for a relaxed vacation. You can refresh yourself in a chlorine, 12mx6m-sized pool (1,2-2m deep) with 8 sunbeds around. On a 75m2-sized porch you can have a breakfast or have a glass of wine in the evening with your friends or family. By the pool you'll find a summer kitchen with a gas cooktop with a great table with chairs to enjoy your melas in the good weather. . The lawn around the house has 1000m2 and offers lot of space for your children to play.

The invitingly interior of the house comprises 2 floors. On the main floor you will find a fully-fitted kitchen with a gas hob, a cosy living room with comfy sofas, a TV and a dining area appropriate for dinners for a whole family or a big group of friends. In the laundry room you find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On this floor there are two double bedrooms with AC: one is with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other has a trundle bed. There is another bathroom with a bath tube. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, with double bed and bathroom en-suite with a shower each. Two of these bedrooms also have AC. If you travel with a baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair. Finally, the house is equipped with underfloor heating for the winter season.

The village Sa Pobla, about 2 km away, offers everything you may need during your stay, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants serving typical food. A 10 minutes' drive takes you the town of Pollensa, where you can take a walk through the cobbled streets or rummage in the small shops. You'll find paradisaical beaches not far away like the one in Puerto de Alcudia or ses Casetes des Capellans.

The lawn around the house has 1000m2 and offers lot of space for your children to play.

On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, with double bed and bathroom en-suite each. One bedroom even has access to a 46 m2 porch, where you can have a drink in the afternoon. If you travel with a baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair.

The most distinguishing detail of this wonderful villa is the antic, restored tower where you will find a comfy sitting room, located on the first floor. During the winter season, there is underfloor heating, available upon a charge.

The village Sa Pobla, about 2 km away, offers everything you may need during your stay, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants serving typical food. A 10 minutes' drive takes you the town of Pollensa, where you can take a walk through the cobbled streets or rummage in the small shops. The Calvary is the most important monument of Pollensa and on its top there is a small chapel with stunning views over the Bay of Pollensa.

If the beach is what you are searching for, a 20 minutes' drive takes you to Ses Casetes des Capellans, Playas de Muro or Can Picafort, all fine grained and with crystal clear waters. In Can Picafort you can enjoy lots of leisure activities or enjoy sunsets on the seafront while having a cocktail.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
