Our Duplex is oceanview on one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Florida. Each Villa is 3 bedrooms /2.5 bath and the finest construction, with all the amenities of home -Stainless steel appliances, granite thru-out, and 3 plasma HDTVs and the fastest wifi and cable, These are available for rent separately or as a pair to accommodate all size families - we are pet friendly, your four-legged friend will love the beautiful beach. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. Averys is perfect for all beach activities, or enjoy sunset walks along our beautiful shores. We are a quick 15-minute drive from downtown St Augustine, there you will find many attractions and our quaint shops. You will feel at home as soon as you walk thru the door! Start creating family memories, and let us make your vacation "one for the ages"

How do damage deposits work?
