Located between sea and mountains, on the port of Saint-Florent. Apartment central through to '' very feet. '' EAST / WEST Expo. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower - WC, fully equipped kitchen, loggia with garden furniture. Access 150m beach, supermarket and numerous shops and restaurants at the foot of the building. Doctor and dentist in the building. Private parking. Night club open air a few kilometers, outdoor cinema, sailing school and many marine activities. Boat rental, jet-ski, jet ski. In front of the building, cars for rides to the main cities of Balagna and Nebbiu: Bastia, Calvi, Ile-Rousse Departure of tour boats to the beaches of Agriates (Lodo and Saleccia) Ideal for family holidays with children or simply between friends!
