New modernly designed 2 bedroom maisonette in a quiet area, fits up to 3 persons. One double bedroom, and one single bedroom. Includes a cosy Kitchen/Living/Dining area, one bathroom and a spacious outdoor area. Main door of maisonette is directly on the street, so there is no common area with other apartments. 30Mbps Fibre Powered Internet + WIFI modem and cable TV are inclusive. Kitchen is complete with Fridge, Freezer, Hob, Hood, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine and portable cooling and heating appliances are also available.

St Julian's is a popular town, usually flowing with tourists, especially during the summer months. It is also a well-sought after destination by the Maltese.The town has only one skyscraper, the 98m tall Portomaso Tower , which is around 15 mins walk from the apartment. The tower is surrounded by a number of restaurants, bars, and just a few steps away is the main nightlife area in Malta - Paceville.

This is suitable for a young family or mature couple looking for a centralized area to stay in.

“Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet residential area”

Lovely spacious and well equipped apartment in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of all amenities, including the restaurants and promenade at St Julians and the beach at Paceville. We particularly loved the outdoor roof space, which was great to relax in at all times of the day. Also, only 100m from bus stop from which it was easy to travel to all parts of the island (half hourly service, cheap too), so no need to hire a car.
