This modern 6 bedroom, 6 bath villa now sings with Caribbean Pizazz and lots of color! Located directly on the oceanfront in the very convenient residential community of Beacon Hill, St Maarten, you’re in for a truly special vacation.
Its location is in one of the best beach neighborhoods of the island with a few minutes’ walk to the white sand of Simpson Bay with the buzz of its beach restaurants or the nightlife and restaurant options of the Maho area, complete with sensational plane landing viewing.
Surfsong sits tranquilly up to and even over on the water’s edge at Burgeoux Bay. It’s fully air conditioned indoor space offers an open concept floor plan including two comfortable lounge areas, kitchen, and a spectacular dining area. It also celebrates the outdoors with its resort-like deck and private pool.
Lounge spaces, an al fresco dining area, a BBQ, lounge chairs and bean options make for a beach resort feel like none other in the area. An upper deck for the upstairs bedrooms also boasts lounging and chairs and a spectacular ocean view.
