Description
Middle Cottage is a stone built, newly renovated cottage. It has a large Breton fireplace downstairs in the sitting room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate utility room for laundry purposes. Upstairs there is a large superking size bed and a wash hand basin in the principal bedroom. In the second bedroom there is a small double bed. The bathroom also has an overbath shower.Middle Cottage has a television with satellite channels and wireless internet is available. There are beams in every room but plenty of light as it is south facing. The garden outside has a table and chairs and there is a large grassed chicken run opposite Middle Cottage. St André is a quiet, rural hamlet with just seven homes. It is a lovely area to walk in. The nearest village is one and a half miles away at Lanrivain with a couple of bars, small grocery shop, post office and church. St Nicolas du Pélem, 22480, is 3 miles away and has several bars and restaurants, post office, banks, bakery, grocery shop, supermarket, petrol station etc. We are about 45 minutes from the north coast of Brittany and 25 minutes from Lac de Guerledan which has many water sport activities, restaurants and bars.All bedlinen and towels are included in the price, as are tea towels, dishwasher tablets, logs for the woodburner etc. If you are planning to arrive after the shops have closed, then I can arrange for essentials like milk to be bought and waiting for you in the cottage if you let me know what you require.Beach towels can also be provided.

“Très bel endroit”
