Ce Gîte est l'étage entier d'une grande propriété avec entrées indépendantes, dans quartier calme, près des plages, du port, en bordure immédiate du GR 34 de la Cöte d'Emeraude, des commerces, avec 3 chambres: l'une avec un lit deux personnes et une suite salle de bain et toilettes, la deuxième avec un lit pour deux personnes avec sa douche thalasso, la troisième ayant un lit pour une personne et un lavabo, + une nursery , pour un jeune enfant avec équipement pour bébé; la cuisine est grande et super équipée, la partie salle/salon est très spacieuce avec un ameublement de qualité et une cheminée fonctionnelle et une superbe vue mer. Parking privé dans le jardin. Trampoline sécurisé. Barbecue, WIFI. Grand calme. Accueil et conseils avisés.
