Situé dans le sud de la Bretagne dans le Morbihan à Sainte-Anne d'Auray, ce logement de tourisme atypique de 45m2 dispose d'une grande pièce à vivre lumineuse de 30 m2 avec :

- cuisine (four micro-ondes, mini four, plaque 2 feux, réfrigérateur, cafetière, bouilloire)

- coin salon (Canapé, TV, wifi)

- coin repas (1 table, 4 chaises)

- 1er couchage (1 lit 2 places 140x190)

- une chambre (2e couchage : 1 lit 2 places 140x190) avec penderie

- une salle d'eau (douche, 1 vasque, 1 WC, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux).

Cet ancien bar "Le Lémon Café", réhabilité en logement de tourisme, se situe en plein centre ville. Les commerces, les restaurants, les transports en commun sont à proximité direct du logement. La Basilique se trouve à 400 m de l'appartement.

Ambiance assurée : Nous avons voulu garder au maximum l'âme de cet ancien bar/Café avec comptoir et tabourets, caisse enregistreuse et jeu de fléchettes, sans oublier la boule à facette !!!

A 10mns de route d'Auray, 15mns de Vannes, 45mns de Lorient

Ce logement est ouvert toute l'année.

Renseignements utiles :

- Logement pour 1 à 4 personnes.

-L'entrée dans les lieux se fait à partir de 16:00. Départ avant 10:00

-Les fumeurs sont invités à fumer à l'extérieur svp. Merci.

- Le logement ne dispose pas de machine à laver le linge. Laverie automatique à 50m de l'appartement.

-Nous ne possédons pas d'équipement pour les bébés, merci de prévoir le nécessaire pour leur confort.

- Ni fête, ni soirée

- Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas acceptés.

- La rue peut-être passante à certaines heures du lundi au vendredi (7h30-8h30 / 17h-18h30)

- Les lits sont faits à votre arrivée, inutile de prévoir draps et taies d'oreillers.

- Les draps de bain et torchons sont également fournis (1 drap de bain, 1 serviette de toilette, 1 gant de toilette par personne par séjour)

- Produits de base fournies : sel, poivre, café, sucre...
