At the foot of the Semnoz and the beautiful massif des Bauges, the charm and tranquility of an authentic village at the edge of Lake Annecy at only 15 minutes from Annecy (by car) and 2 minutes of one of the most beautiful Lake. You'll find everything nearby: supermarket, butcher shop, sports shop, restaurants, bakeries, banks, post office, doctor, pharmacy, laundromat...

The advantage of having a self-contained dwelling unit but the owners not far any worries or need info, newly renovated, in the heart of a charming village and enjoy the tranquility of the Lake, while being less than fifteen minutes from Annecy and 5 minutes from the Lake.

Charming small house type independent studio located on the ground of our House, with small terrace and free parking.

If you ever have an infant (baby), we have a crib, a stroller, a small tub, a highchair, a bouncer... Not burden the car :)

We provide sheets and towels.

Our friends the animals are not accepted.

The housing is strictly non-smoking.

How do damage deposits work?
