You will be seduced by the charm and clarity of this fully renovated apartment on the 1st floor with balcony, intercom.
It has a very sunny living room in the morning, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a large bedroom with dressing.
Facilities: TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, January 9 140 bed and a new rapido 140.
You can do everything on foot, all the shops are in the immediate area, bakery 10m (creperie, grocery, restaurant 100m).
The media library is two steps and cinema.

Un appartement très bien situé et équipé. Des propriétaires riches de bons conseils pour profiter de saint Malo. Je recommande vivement cette location.

“Vacances en famille”
Appartement très sympa, propre et proche de tout! Nous nous sommes essentiellement déplacés à pied avec nos 2 enfants (4 ans et 4 mois)! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et prévenants (conseils sur les visites et les restaurants, mise à disposition d'un lit parapluie, d'une baignoire, d'un transat et d'un tapis d'éveil pour notre petite puce) et surtout ils nous ont attendus malgré notre arrivée tardive suite à une panne de voiture! Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances en famille à Saint-Malo !
