Description

In the district of Rochebonne, the apartment has a balcony terrace with sea view on the island of Cézembre, Cap Frehel and Conchée. You'll be ringside seat to admire the magnificent sunsets over the sea. From the kitchen you can get this view and the dining room. 50 m from the beach and shops, you will not need your car; the apartment has a private garage located under the building. The groove (pedestrian promenade along the beach about 2 km) is at the bottom of the building and takes you to the city: Central Paris. The apartment is on the 5th floor. It is distributed: entrance hallway leads you straight to the living room, opposite to the kitchen and toilets (separate from the bathroom), and on the right you have the bathroom (double sinks and bathtub ) and two bedrooms.
