Complete with Washer/Dryer, 15Gb WiFi, TV with Roku box provides US TV channels, Netflix movies and news. Fully capable/stocked condo and kitchen for your enjoyment! This place has been completely renovated & decorated, is absolutely beautiful and ready for everyone to enjoy. Fully setup kitchen, bedding and bath towels. You wont regret renting and staying at this condo! Ready for Christmas, New Years and Carnival celebrations!! Enjoy!!!

Getting around

Transportation via taxi or excursion van is easily available locally. Shared Vans back to the airport are available 2 blocks away from Edificio Balboa towards Chipipe on the left. If you speak Spanish, please ask and you will be directed to to the Salinas Shared Van service. Please book a shared van a few days ahead of your departure. If you wish to go to Montanita or Chocolate or banana plantations, please ask Linda or Suzi my property managers and they will help you with connecting and booking transportation with a driver so you have an awesome trip or excursion

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
