Enjoy a private setting nestled in the maritime forest. Elevator to all levels. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 flat screen cable TVs all with DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower, charcoal grill, fish-cleaning station. Located on an oceanfront back peg lot so you don’t have to cross any streets to the ocean, just a short walk on your own personal boardwalk leading directly to your own private beach access. Private covered and open decks on all four levels complete with furniture to enjoy nature and the views. Beach/ocean level sitting area, garage. Incredible ocean views from third floor living level and fourth level deck. Weekly only. No smoking. Pets allowed with $200 non-refundable fee for first pet, $100 for second pet (two maximum, dogs only). 719 Salter Path Road in Indian Beach.
This property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Monthly rates do not include pool/hot tub.
Available November - December 2020 $3,100 per 28-night stay. Base rental rates for 28-night reservation; other fees apply.
