Description

A stunning newly built 1 bedroom apartment, situated on the 3rd floor of the 3 star Grand Hotel Complex. This is a modern, spacious and fully fitted apartment, with a balcony overlooking the pool area at the rear of the complex. It is furnished to a high standard with brand new furnishings and the extra homely touches. It also has a t.v. with Bulgarian Satellite (showing Premier league matches and English speaking tv programmes / films).

The apartment has one double bedroom with a double bed, however the living room has a large corner sofa which converts to a double bed, making the stay comfortable for up to 4 people. All bedding and towels are provided to enable lighter travel.

The kitchen is a good size for self catering during your stay, with a full size electric oven, fridge/small freezer and washing machine. There is a also a microwave, kettle and plenty of kitchenware in order to make your stay comfortable.

The complex has an outdoor swimming pool with children's section, restaurant / coffee bar, small children's play area and grassed area with football nets. It is situated at the bottom of Borovets Mountain in the town of Samokov providing easy access to Borovets or Sofia whilst not to close to the hustle, bustle and price hikes of tourist areas. On either side of The Grand is a modern Sports Centre and a large low priced supermarket catering for everything you may need during your stay.

Whether your stay is for Skiing and Snowboarding in Borovets during the winter months or Summer walking, Mountain Biking or a relaxing pool holiday, we're sure the location is ideal for you to experience Bulgaria. The Sports hall has activities all year round including, Martial Arts, boxing, Basketball, Aerobics, Dance and an indoor running track. Samokov is also home to an international Motorcross Speedway.
