Accommodation in Vila Rila

#Vila Rila consists of 3 well-furnished apartments and 3 double rooms, stylishly decorated, with specific color nuances. Guests can either rent any of the apartments or rooms separately or book the entire villa.

Three of the apartments - Markudjik, Yastrebets 1 and Yastrebets 2, have one bedroom but their capacity is of four people. Each apartment has a bedroom, a living room and a kitchenette which is equipped with a refrigerator, minibar, a toaster, electric pot and cutlery. Apartments Yastrebets 1 and 2 also have panoramic terraces.

The double rooms are furnished with a twin bedroom and a private bathroom. One of them is on the ground floor and it bathroom is provided to serve the sauna, also.

There is one luxury apartment Sitnyakovo as well, where more than 4 people can be accommodated. It consists of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and two bedrooms. It is located on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped – ceramic plates, a coffee maker, a toaster, a juicer, a mixer, all necessary utensils and cutlery. The living and dining rooms are very spacious and the terrace leads directly to the yard. In this apartment guests can also enjoy a cozy and beautifully-decorated fireplace.

#N.B. Apartment Sitnyakovo, can be rented optionally, but standard prices are not applicable in this case and special offer will be sent upon request!!!

At the all guest's disposal is also a tavern which is decorated in traditional Bulgarian style. It offers good self-catering conditions. On request, specialties and typical meals can be prepared for you as well. The tavern's main purpose is to be a nice gathering place that can be used by all villa guests. Therefore, it is especially suitable for groups and celebrations.

Outside the villa you can enjoy the green yard. There is also a BBQ where you can prepare some food, have a refreshing drink or just enjoy the fresh air.

After spending some time outside in the mountain you can come back and rest at the villa. Take your time in the sauna or enjoy a relaxing massage from a specialist. Guests can also enjoy a mini fitness room.

Response from the owner We are very sorry to say that since more that 5 years of rental activities we have never being so disappointed and offended for our guests. During your stay, you have shown absolute carelessness and no respect for and care for the property provided. You have suffered considerable damages and deficiencies that we are willing you to pay, although the cost will not cover our moral damages, so we claim them officially already. You left the house so dirty that special extra cleaning is needed. All used glasses and dishes were left dirty too. A lot of walls are with damages and holes. There is a broken sofa, wooden chair and damage wooden painting. A lot of items are missing: glasses for water, glasses of whiskey, tea cup, plates, key chains, foot towels, face towels, hand towels. Few towels were found in the garbage, but so dirty that can not be used anymore!!! The whole group was permanently drunk and double booked their transfer to two different transport companies without realising this. We highly recommend to the other hosts to refuse all requests for booking from Josh and the group!!!
