A delightful apartment equipped with every comfort, ideal for spending your summer holidays by the sea in San Benedetto del Tronto (in the province of Ascoli Piceno-Marche-Italy) or even for a period of stay or work in the city. Completely renovated in 2015, it is on the first floor of an elegant building in Viale De Gasperi, a well-known street of San Benedetto del Tronto full of shops, bars and commercial activities and is only 300 meters from the beach. There are various free public parking spaces with no time limitations in the immediate vicinity. It is also the ideal base for excursions in the Piceno and Marche / Abruzzo regions. So you can enjoy the sea and much more: shopping, relaxation, fun. The 45 sq m Conchiglia apartment is the ideal accommodation for a family of 4, two adults and two children. Consisting of a large living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, and double bedroom. There is no balcony. It is located on the first floor and the building has an elevator. Equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in all rooms, 2 flat screen TVs, unlimited fiber free wifi connection, washing machine, fan oven and microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Are available on request, cot for children up to 3 years, high chair, bottle warmer, tray, changing table. It is only 300 meters from the sea and as many from the city center: all the main services are very close: supermarket and grocery stores, pharmacy, banks, newsagent, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacconist, laundry.The urban bus stop is right in front of the house door.
