Apartment of 60 sqm with max 6 beds, at 150 m. from the beach and the cliff top, at 250 m from the center of marina. 2 bedrooms one double with sofa bed and one with a bunk bed + pull-out bed, 1 living room/kitchen, bathroom. Wide veranda. Heating/air conditioning, mosquito nets, washing machine, oven.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the beach ' Li ' Marangi, ideal for dive in a sea ' to drink '. For years the Navy receives the ' Blue Flag ' and ' 5 ', highest Sails from Legambiente and green schooner. Once there, the car will not serve more: you can move on foot to get to the Centre of the marina or a long walk on the beautiful promenade. We put at your disposal free of charge 4 bike with which he will be able to reach the bays around or take a ride along the cycle-tourist routes of the area through the beautiful countryside of Salento, where you can admire countless areas of secular olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. The area is served by commercial premises for all needs: Delicatessen, greengrocers, hygiene home and person. Within walking distance there is the Centre of the village, marked by numerous restaurants where you can taste excellent typical dishes of fresh fish, sea urchins and other delights of the palate at affordable prices.

The ns. guests will never be left alone: in the summer we HVE stayed in the apartment on the ground floor and can count on a ns. continuous assistance.

The apartment is accessed through an external staircase, to which there is an independent entrance gate. The comfort and tranquility of the area will be the basis for a restful holiday.

Upon request, provision of bed linen/towels/kitchen at a cost of 10 euro per person per week. For guests staying 2 consecutive weeks weekly turnover will be offered at a cost of 5 euros per person excluding spare robes.

Cost of final cleaning 40 euro in case of impossibility to provide personally.
