Description
This is a lovely one bedroom end terrace villa Centrally located Has Free Wifi, Aircon & digital Flat screen TV.. Sleeps max 2 people. Styled & furnished to give a cool spacious relaxing feel. Watch the beautifull sun sets from the roof terrace with a pre dinner glass of wine before going round the corner for your evening meal.

Whilst all the living area is on the ground floor, there is a ramp leading up to the front garden & a spiral staircase from the rear patio leading up to the roof terrace.This pretty one bed villa is Close to all amenities incl. the most popular eating area with a very varied selection of restaurants & bars just around the corner & a Bus stop across the road.
It has a cool & spacious living room with Large flat screen TV, which features all your favourite digital channels. & Wi Fi,, essential for keeping in touch with friends & family, is completely Free as is the Airconditioning.The lounge also has a Modern large extending lounging corner sofa and a a comfy armchair perfect for reading. There is a small Dining Area and bar set up with a good variety of glassware ready to serve your prosseco, cocktail wine or beer. There are plenty of books, board games and card games for your entertainment. Th emain door is a security door fitted for your peace of mind and safety.
The bedroom we have fitted a ceiling fan over the double bed which is well dressed with lots of pillows & cushions, The room also has a full length mirror and hair dressing station.
Next to the bedroom we have a Sun/Dressing room, this is where the wardrobe and dressing tables are situated. There is plenty of hanging and drawer space and comfy chairs to sit and contemplate with a nice cuppa in the morning whilst getting ready for the day. The room has a french door leading to the outside, here there is another very private sunny seating area. The Spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace is situated in this same area, The roof terrace has seperate seating, lounging and dining area and a little bar with bar stools.... take you bottle of bubbly and while away a peaceful evening watching the lovely sunsets over the distant mountains.
The seperate fitted kitchen ls complete with everything you need, including microvave, toaster, oven, kettle, stove, fridge, washing machine.The WC is fully tiled & has a shower and storage space for toiletries.
The front garden is surrounded with a high wall & is quite private. The sunshade is wall mounted over the comfortable cushioned lounging area & al fresco dining table & chairs with large spanish plants.
All beding & towels are provided together with beach towels, beach chairs, bag, cooler box for picnics & umbrella. Also a free welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar & water are in the fridge waiting for you, so you can relax & have a cuppa before shooting of to get stocks in.
the Beach is only a few minute's drive & for Golfer's, there are various courses within easy driving distance.
The Alicante (elche) airport is approx. 25 min. drive.

“Couple of days”
Great title place perfect for two, good attention to detail with everything you need for a great stay. Hosts were on hand across the road if help needs. Close to all amenities would stay again without hesitation.

“Fantastic Place,”
We booked our stay here as was visiting a relative and wanted a central place close to all amenities and close to Mum; from the the beginning of the booking to the end of our stay I can honestly say was perfect. We got a taxi from the airport and gave the address to them as we were not 100% sure of the exact place, the taxi dropped us off close by but we called the owner and was met just round the corner to show us where to go. The house itself is not a house, its a home from home, there was nothing you could of needed more; it was spacious, spotless, and had every amenity you could need from a hair dryer (well 2) to a washing machine. The house is located in the 'grey area' however this is the district and not grey as the name suggests, there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a stones throw, the owners have their own place too called Piggy in The Middle, sadly due to the seasonal closures we didn't get to visit, but will on our next trip. If you want the beach then that's not to far away either, as it was October we didn't venture down there. I had the bonus of cuddling the little cat that wandered around made me feel better as was missing my own :-) Included in in our booking was complimentary, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up liquid, soap powder and conditioner, perfect to drop your bags and start enjoying. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return soon.

“casa Bon bon”
This was a lovely one bedroom house only a little walk from bars, Restaurants. A car is what you need to get around to explore places Like the beach , town, or you could take the bus . La marina is a lovely Place and so is Santa pola which is the next village. The owner Bonnie Very helpful and a really nice lady .
