A lovely private apartment sleeping 4 people, front line with incredible views of the sea from the huge 50m2 terrace. Only 2 minutes walk from the restaurants and beach. Spending a week at this amazing apartment will leave you rested and relaxed. You can spend enjoy endless hours on the nearby blue flag beach or soaking in the suns rays and gazing out across the Mediterranean from the huge terrace which has furniture, sun beds and a BBQ.The sleepy town of San Juan de los Terreros is a big favourite with Spanish and European families looking for a holiday away from the traditional large resorts. With it's many beaches and coves. Safe bathing for everyone and clean beaches, you can be sure of a holiday to remember. With some of the best fish restaurants in the region you will be able to soak up a little of that Spanish flavour of eating late, drinking a bottle or two of wine and then following up with a gentle stroll along the beach side promenade. The superb new Aguilon golf club is now open and only 5 minutes drive away.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. There is a spacious lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen with ample room for 4 people. The accommodation is on the second floor and the views from the terrace across the bay are truly memorable. Available to rent at any time of the year, the apartment is perfect for winter breaks, imagine waking up and taking a coffee whilst gazing out to the horizon as the sun comes up over the sea. There are UK and Spanish TV channels in this property. FREE WIFI connection.

There is a small balcony from the lounge with table and chairs and on the huge 50m2 rear terrace, there is a BBQ, sun loungers and dining furniture for that al fresco eating experience. The terrace is safe for children as it is enclosed however we recommend supervision. There are also 2 communal sunbathing solariums which are for the use of the patrons of this small 10 apartment block. Nearest shop is only 4 minutes walk away and during the summer months you can practically smell the fresh bread in the morning being cooked in the nearby bakers.

Please Note: Due to proximity to the beach and center of the village, parking may not be possible directly outside the apartment during July and August. You may have to park 5 minutes walk away from apartment.

“Stunning Views”

We stayed for 10 days in this apartment! Stunning views, spacious apartment and large terrace. 2 minute walk to the sea! Enjoyed every minute! Would definitely go again!

“Very well appointed apartment”

Stayed in this lovely apartment in San Juan de le Torreos. All very comfortable and well equipped. The terrace overlooking the sea is a beautiful place to while away sunny days but also provides shade. The sandy beaches are in walking distance and the swimming is safe (shallow waters) and clean. The coast is also stunning and there are plenty of walks. Thank you to Ava for meeting us on arrival and being so helpful.We would certainly recommend this aprtment.

“Great location and terrace”

Richard was prompt and responsive via email. The condo was clean and had basic supplies in the kitchen (salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, oil, dish towels, dish soap). The condo also had a clothes washer and dryer though we used the line outdoors to dry clothes. This is a 2 bedroom apartment with a wonderful, huge terrace facing the Med sea. There is a charcoal outdoor grill though given the wind on the terrace, it's difficult to light and personally I find it difficult to BBQ given my preference for gas BBQ. We had some small issues with a leaky toilet and kitchen faucet, both of which were handled promptly. In close proximity to a grocery store (5 min car ride, 15 min walk) and beach.

Excellent accommodation, wonderful views over the sea. Clean, spaccious kitchen well equipped.Terrace is an ideal place for a relaxing glass or two of wine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
