A large family sized apartment with 2 bedrooms and sleeping 4 people comfortably. Fully equipped for a fantastic holiday. Las Mimosas is a lovely quiet family complex with 3 pools and large gardens, super views from the terraces of the sea and mountains. Easy walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants.
The Sleepy town of San Juan de los Terreros is a big favourite with Spanish and European families looking for a holiday away from the traditional large resorts. With it's many beaches and coves. Safe bathing for everyone and clean beaches, you can be sure of a holiday to remember. With some of the best fish restaurants in the region you will be able to soak up a little of that Spanish flavour of eating late, drinking a bottle or two of wine and then following up with a gentle stroll along the beach side promenade. The superb new Aguilon golf club is now open and only 5 minutes drive away with 4 more other courses all within half an hour drive.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your family holiday. There is a kitchen lounge/diner with ample room for 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, there is also a separate W.C. in the lounge is UK and Spanish TV channels and the apartment is ideal for summer and winter lets because of the warm/cool air-conditioning. We have some of the only Blue flag (Calidad Touristica) beaches in Andalucia with golden sand, gently sloping into the warm waters of the Mediterranean. If the sun gets to you the newly built promenade offers beach bars and cafes for a plate of locally caught sardines, an ice cream or a nice cold beer. Las Mimosas is an established complex with only 74 apartments, many of which are not rented out so it never gets very busy even in the high season. The 3 pools have lots of sunbathing areas both on grass and concrete and there is a pool bar which is open during the summer months serving drinks and snacks. The huge roof terraces give spectacular views of the bay and of the Sierra Aguilon mountains.

“This is a first rate appartment, situated in well maintained grounds, close to the local beaches (less than 1km away)”
The apartment is well equipped and maintained. Once the owner learned that a light bulb had blown it was fixed within 12 hours! The pools were very handy and the grounds were very well maintained. The resort was calming down for autumn and a number of restaurants were closing. The local supermarket was just a 1km walk away - it was still well stocked. We'd come back- the weather was gorgeous (still 27 -33*C).

“Fabulous Off Season Break!”
Golf San Juan is a rental agency run by Richard and Ava Clark in the charming Andalucian costal town of San Juan de los Terreros. They had been highly recommended by friends who had spent time there, and we weren't disappointed. From the initial enquiry right up to the very last day of our months' stay, Richard and Ava did everything they could to make our time there a memorable one. As we stayed for a month, inevitably there is the odd glitch or minor problem, and all of these were attended to quickly and professionally. But their service to their clients goes much further than that. Local advice, be it a hair cut or a doctor's visit is quickly provided, and we very much appreciated this. I am disabled, so my needs are a little more exacting than most, and both Richard and Ava did everything they could to ensure my needs were met. The area itself is a delight - quiet, beautiful and typically Andalucian, boasting 330 days of balmy sunshine a year. Pricing was highly attractive, offering a first class deal for the off season traveller, taking an extended break. We were both delighted with our stay and have been back there since.
