Description
Our villa is located in the much sought after area of San Juan de Los Terreros.There is a large pool with shower on a beautifully tiled patio area that is totaly private and secluded.There is also a terrace area to the front of the villa to sit and watch the world go by or if you wish you can climb the tiled staircase to the roof top solarium where there are magnificent mountain and sea views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cool refreshing glass of wine or beer whilst watching the wonderful sunsets over the mountains.For the guests comfort air conditioning has been installed to cool the villa in the summer months and to provide a little heat in the Winter should it be needed.

“Excellent”
Lovely villa, clean and tidy and very spacious. The pool was amazing and a big hit with us all and always felt warm. Tony was great in tips on the area and if you need a local taxi then Pablo is your man! Excellent location, just a 20min stroll to the beach, shops, restaurants and nightime market. Full marks all round.
