Description
Playa El Coco is a 2 kilometer stretch of light sand located 25 minutes south of San Juan del Sur. This spacious 3 bedroom condo is located directly on the sand.
The unit is fully equipped with modern furnishings and central air conditioning. The first floor has a large living room with a great beach view, a kitchen and a great dining area with a half bathroom. All 3 bedrooms are found on the second floor. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a terrific balcony with a great ocean view and a private en suite bathroom.
There is a large roof deck on the third story where you can star gaze or enjoy the fantastic pacific views. There is a shared pool and barbecue to which all condo guests have access.
Playa El Coco has a minimart and a restaurant for the guests to enjoy.
