This lovely and cosy two bed Apartment with spacious sun terrace comes with high standard furniture, all white goods, cutleries, dishes, pots and pans, bed clothes, towels and many many more. In the living area you will find an 50 inch Flat Tv and Internet wifi connection will be granted to the house guests. The place is situated in San Miguel de Salinas with views to the pink salt lake of Torrevieja and to the village and countryside of San Miguel. On walking distance you will find amenities like bars and Restaurants. The village of San Miguel is literally two minutes drive away. The area also offers hiking routes and a visit to the the castle of San Miguel is essential.
Last but not least due to the location of the property there is a unique opportunity to use one of the most rewarded Golf course of Spain which is Las Colinas Golf & country Club. Within a radius of five miles you will find few other golf courses like Las Ramblas Golf club, Villamartin Golf Club, Vistabella Golf club, and Real Club Campoamor. The La Zenia beach is ten minutes drive away. Also in la Zenia you have to visit the Zenia Boulevard shopping mall one of the largest in the costa of Levante. In the mall you will find all kind of shops like boutiques, electric appliances store, DIY store, etc. A perfect place for the small ones and the adult ones. On the top floor you will find an amusement park for the kids and plenty of bars and restaurants a perfect place to catch a breath with a glass of wine or fresh pint of lager. The Alicante Airport is 40 minutes drive away. San Javier-Murcia Airport is 25 minutes away. From San Miguel you have an comfortable motorway connection which leads you to Alicante/Valencia or opposite direction to Cartagena.
