Description
Die ganzjährig bewohnbare „Villa Laura“ liegt in Apulien nur etwa 500 Meter von den herrlichen Sandstränden des Ionischen Meeres entfernt. Vom im Jahr 2017 komplett sanierten und auf den neusten Stand gebrachten Haus aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer bei Torre Borraco. Es liegt ruhig auf einem knapp einem 800 Quadratmeter großen, komplett ummauerten bzw. eingezäunten Grundstück. Das innen lichtdurchflutete Haus (Wohnfläche ca. 65 qm, plus überdachte Terrasse von ca. 40 qm, Garage mit 10 qm, 250 qm gefliester Außenbereich) ist mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten in einem sehr gehobenen, salentinischen Stil eingerichtet. Das Ionische Meer (im Sommer bis zu 28 Grad Wassertemperatur) bietet kristallklares Wasser und traumhafte feinsandige Strände für unbeschwertes Badevergnügen. Für den Sommer gibt es 3 Klimaanlagen, mit denen man im Winter (zusätzlich zu einem leistungsfähigen Pelletofen) das Haus auch sehr gut heizen kann: Eines der wenigen Objekte vor Ort, in dem es sich das ganze Jahr problemlos wohnen lässt.

Der Wohnbereich umfasst etwa 70 Quadratmeter. Durch die 3,30 Meter hohen Räume wirkt das Haus jedoch viel größer. In zwei 16 Quadratmeter großen Schlafzimmer finden bequem vier Personen Platz. Der Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küchenzeile ist auf 30 qm sehr offen und luftig gestaltet. Von der Küche ins Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Erker-Durchreiche. Ein kleiner Abstellraum bietet Platz für die nötigsten Dinge im Haus. Weitere Unterstellmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der ca. ca. 10 qm großen Garage. Das 800 qm große Grundstück wird auf drei Seiten von einer 2 Meter hohen Tuffsteinmauer umgeben. Zum Zufahrtsweg hin gibt es eine landestypische Trockensteinmauer mit Zaun. Von hier aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf Torre Borraco und das Ionische Meer.

Sie erreichen die unbebauten Strände in weniger als 2 Minuten mit dem Auto (ca. 500 Meter), es gibt sogar einen Fußweg zum Meer und im Sommer eine Busverbindung. Die Haltestelle liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt. Ihr Ferienhaus liegt ruhig in Feldrandlage. Sogar im Hochsommer werden sie an diesem Ort genügend Ruhe finden: Die Gegend ist lärmfrei von Pizzerien, Autoschlangen und unzähligen Passanten, was in Italien unmittelbar am Meer nicht unbedingt üblich ist. Der optimale Platz, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Übrigens, für alle Weinliebhaber und Olivenöl-Spezialisten: Das Haus liegt unweit der Strada degli Olivi e Vini doc.
Optimal zum Überwintern und für die Übergangsmonate, da das Haus mit doppelverglasten Fenstern ausgestattet ist sowie 3 Klimaanlagen, mit denen sich auch problemlos heizen lässt. Dazu kommt ein leistungsstarker Pellet-Ofen. In den Übergangsmonaten zeigt sich die Natur von ihrer schönsten Seite. In voller Farbenpracht können Sie sich der herrlichen Natur und der guten, mediterranen Luft erfreuen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es hervorragende Fischrestaurants, Pizzerien, Weingüter, Masserien, täglich Wochenmärkte und hübsche, noch sehr ursprüngliche kleine Hafenstädte wie Porto Cesareo oder Campomarino. Am Abend kann man sich eine der leckeren Pizzen schmecken lassen. Kulturinteressierte Gäste, Naturliebhaber und Badefreaks kommen hier auf ihre vollen Kosten.
