New lovely boutique apartment with 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with terraces and decorated with amazing style.

Located in the center of the Rambla of Poblenou and just few steps away from the beaches and Barcelona's historical district.

The Urban District - MA Apartments have been reformed on winter 2016, with modern design and with all needed features.

The apartment is composed by the merge of the Apartment A (Independent Suite) with Apartment B (2 bedrooms apartment). The merge is possible since there is a common and secure small lobby just after the main door on the building stairs.
