The Niza is a modern apartment located in a quiet area a few steps from La Concha beach and the city center. It’s 10 minutes walking to the Old Quarter.
It has an ensuite room with two single beds, the bathroom has a shower and bath. The kitchen and living room are in the same room, with a large window that gives access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the views of the beach of La Concha. It has heating and free Wi-Fi.
