Description

Villa Teloni is an epoch residence in San Severino Marche, for customizable stays and special moments in a typical Italian landscape: the green and fertile hills of Macerata, rich in history, art, traditions and flavors.

It was the home of the Coletti family, also owner of the surrounding land since the eighteenth century. Between 1996 and 2000, the Villa was restored to the ancient splendours, with constant work of recovery and restoration of interiors and exteriors, carried out by the skilled hands of the local artisans. Between 2014 and 2015 has been extended of the dependance, enriched with fine finishes and automation finesses. To integrate the suggestions and the atmosphere of the past with all the comforts and comfort of the present.

The Villa's spaces are welcoming, elegant and above all exclusive. There is a park of 8000 sqm, a kind of temple of wellbeing, with swimming pool, gymnasium, biological area and orchard; A cellar, which with its historical salon is a wide and versatile space; The Noble Hall; The Lemon-Grove with the beautiful private church.

Villa Teloni is located in the Settempedane countryside, a 5-minute drive from San Severino Marche, a town dating back to Roman times. Less than an hour, the cities of Macerata, Civitanova Marche and Ancona are located.

Everything is at a distance measured at the center of the Marche: in 60 Minutes you can reach the paths of the Apennines Umbro-Marche or the beaches of the Adriatic Sea.

La Villa è una residenza d’epoca a San Severino Marche, per soggiorni personalizzabili e momenti speciali in un paesaggio tipicamente italiano: le colline verdi e fertili del maceratese, ricche di storia, arte, tradizioni e sapori.

Fu dimora della famiglia Coletti, proprietaria anche dei terreni circostanti fin dal Settecento. Tra il 1996 e il 2000 la Villa è stata riportata agli antichi splendori, con costanti lavori di recupero e restauro degli interni e degli esterni, eseguiti dalle mani sapienti degli artigiani locali. Tra il 2014 e il 2015 è stata ampliata delle dependance, arricchita di rifiniture pregiate e finezze domotiche. Per integrare le suggestioni e l’atmosfera del passato con tutti gli agi e i comfort del presente.

Gli spazi della Villa sono accoglienti, eleganti e sopratutto esclusivi. Si ha a disposizione un parco di 8000 mq, una sorta di tempio del benessere, con piscina, palestra, area biologica e frutteto; una cantina, che con il suo salone storico è uno spazio ampio e versatile; la Sala Nobile; la Limonaia con la splendida chiesetta privata.

Charm e riservatezza collidono perfettamente nella Villa Teloni.

Villa Teloni si trova nelle campagne settempedane, a 5 minuti di auto da San Severino Marche, cittadina risalente all'epoca romana. A meno di un'ora si trovano invece le città di Macerata, Civitanova Marche e Ancona.

Tutto è a distanza misurata al centro delle Marche: in 60 minuti si possono raggiungere i sentieri degli Appennini umbro-marchigiani o le spiagge del Mar Adriatico.
