The apartment is suitable to be lived in every season,.
The apartment on the Castle Square in Rezzonico, locates in the province of Como, in the municipality of San Siro.
We just renovated the building to new and the apartment is fully furnished.
The beds are 4, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room, on the convertible sofà.
It is suitable for a family.
Rates per night:
- Spring 90 € (the minimum stay is 3 nights);
- Summer 105 € (the minimum stay is 4 nights);
- Autumn & Winter 80 € (the minimum stay is 3 nights).
The cleaning fee is 45 €.
The deposit of 150 € is requested.
Check-in from 15.00 and check-out until 11.00.
Please, remember that usually the check-in is from Saturday till Tuesday/Wednesday, and the check-out is maximum on Saturday ...
Nevertheless ... If you'd like to have your holiday during the week-end, ask me before booking ... If possible, I will be happy to satisfy your request.
The minimum stay is 4 nights.
The facilities that we offer to our guests include: wireless Internet access, TV and a spacious living room with the sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, conventional oven, gas hob with Extractor hood, kettle water, espresso machine, toaster), needed for light breakfast (milk, coffee, tea, cereals, sugar,...), bedroom with king-size bed and bed linen, bathroom with towels and equipped with hairdryer, washing machine, shower enclosure (with whirlpool, stereo, suction and internal lighting), hot water heated by solar energy, radiant heated floors, free car park at 50 m, placed on public roads.
The restructuring which covered the building was integral and cured in every detail. We valued the features of the old building, reconstructing it with modern technology and providing it with advanced technology solutions.
The apartment is composed of a spacious and bright living area with living room and kitchen, open to the outside terrace where you can have breakfast or lunch while enjoying the view of the Castle, the Church and the Como Lake.
The sofa converts into a double bed.
Through a hallway you pass in the sleeping area. The master bedroom is spacious and equipped with a king-size bed with wooden slats and a 4 doors wardrobes. The bathroom, in fact, it's more like a Spa: your attention falls immediately on the floor of the bathroom sink in white Carrara marble shaped, but the full-wall mirror takes us back on wall- hung WC and bidet, design objects, on the marbles of the washing-machine and on the full equipped shower enclosure with whirlpool; in the air spreads fragrant aromas.
The photographs illustrate the environments, but to prove that convey emotion, you have to come directly on the spot.
The basement is a closet to store your sports equipment.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment and its terrace.
It is forbidden to smoke in the house.
No pets allowed.
Do not disturb the neighbors with shouts and noises.
Interaction with guests
We will be happy to personally welcome guests upon arrival to show them the features of the apartment and give advice on interesting places that are located in the district.
We will then always available by phone for the duration of your stay, and we will be there to greet them at the start and to gather their impressions and suggestions.
The area
The apartment we propose to our guests is located in the Centre of the village of Rezzonico, a pedestrian only area, and overlooks the Square of the Castle and the Church.
Through a stone staircase you can reach the Como Lake, not more than 200 m by feet. A romantic walk leads to the tourist pier on the one hand, to the beaches with behind the castle walls on the other.
If you decide not to go to the Lake, you can always do a mountain biking on the cycling track which starts at 200 m from the house, or take a walk on the path in the woods, The Queen Street built by old Romans, and go to discover the ruins of the ancient “Castellaccio".
A tour around
By car or bus, in 10 min. you can reach Menaggio and the famous Villa Carlotta, or embark on a boat and sail on Lake Como (20min) to the picturesque Bellagio or Varenna.
In 1h you will find Como. The Switzerland and Lugano are not far (1h to drive).
Going North, it's possible to reache Gravedona (15min), and farther the Valtellina (1h to drive), or St Moritz (1h 15min to drive), where venturing into fantastic walks.
Other things to Highlight
A few tens of meters away, walking, you can reach a grocery store, a bar, a wine & food cafè, a restaurant and a pizzeria.
At a short distance, always staying in the municipality of San Siro, there are all possible services.
