XVIII Century MASIA MAS d'en GIRALT is a restored wine producer farm house, listed by the Catalan Government as building of Cultural and Architectonical interest, with chapel and 1828 Saint Frescos. There is also the old wine feet grape ceramic pressing tanks, where the wine production process was initiated.The house surrounded by vineyards and mediterranean pine tree forest in a 17 hectare property. The house has been restored following the most strict restoration criteria, and also equipped with Solar Power System which makes the house totally environment friendly, self sustainable and fully functional with all the required technology of XXI Century. The house is fully decorated with local antiques and combination of ethnic details.

The property is 25 minutes from the international Airport of Barcelona, 35 Minutes south from Barcelona city by road and 25 minutes direct train to the center of Barcelona PASEO DE GRACIA from Sitges Train Station, 10 minutes from Sitges and 5 Minutes from Sant Pere de Ribes. The house is part of and old wine producer farm with two more houses in the same condo as permanent residences of the house keeper and neighbour family.

Nearest village Sant Pere de Ribes is well equipped with nice restaurants, family cellars and wine producers, supermarket, gym and public swimming pool, hospital, pharmacy, excellent bakery and famous Confectionary Can Pascual chocolate producers. Second nearest village is SITGES, with permanent cultural events, night life, GOLF COURSE TERRAMAR, and plenty of cozy and romantic restaurants.

There is a book of local activities and services available, to be booked on demand as massage, wine tests course, argentinian bbq maker, sailing boat booking, fishing, diving etc. Local fruit, vegetables and fish market is near by where farmers and fishermen get together once per week to sell their fresh products.
