Brand new apartment (year 2015) at 500 mt from the sea. Equipped with living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large terrace, 2 large balconies, parking. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The apartment, on the first floor, was completed and furnished in 2015 with the aim of offering a comfortable setting and fixtures and fittings to its guests. Has every comfort, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, tv, air conditioning, hot shower, indoor and outdoor parking with electric gate.
The apartment is located in the area of Cenate, once a favourite destination for holidays of the ancient aristocracy (website hidden) are witness to the many ancient villas surrounded by greenery, just a few steps from the apartment. The sea is just a few hundred metres, as well as the central square of s. Caterina with its premises.
The apartment is approximately 3 Km from the natural park of Porto Selvaggio, 13 Km from the Centre of Gallipoli and 20 Km from the beaches of Porto Cesareo
