Modern and comfortable 250 m² villa on a closed plot of 7103 m² composed of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry, enclosed porch and balcony. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and another with shower), fully equipped kitchen and living room with satellite TV with outdoor access. Top Floor: Master bedroom with double bed, large bathroom en-suite, dressing room and private terrace. 2 double bedrooms (the second bedroom is accessed from the first one) and two terraces. Wireless internet throughout the house as also in outdoor areas. A large covered terrace surrounding the house and a heated porch closed with double glazing. Extensive gardens with playground. Barbecue with wood/charcoal. The area enclosed by wooden fences including a 9x4 m main pool, a water slide, a children´s pool of 1.5x1, 5 m, a wooden pergola with garden furniture, sun loungers and an artificial grass area of 2x3 m with children´s playhouse. Part of the plot is divided into different compounds forming a charming animal park with chicken, ducks, geese, sheep, rabbits and Laly, our sympathetic pony. Your children will truly love this.
Villa Santa Eulalia is situated in the north of Mallorca, in a rural, quiet area, just about 4 km away from the tourist resort of Can Picafort and its long sandy beaches. It is perfectly communicated via main roads and a small paved road leading directly to the secure access gate, assuring the needed privacy.
Highly recommended for families and lovers of the countryside who appreciate modern comfort and still want to be close to the beach.

The closest beach resort Can Picafort, is located in the Bay of Alcudia, with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, variety stores, local markets, a marina, medical center, pharmacies, etc. Along the coastline, in Can Picafort you can enjoy great beaches and rocky areas suitable for swimming. You are close to the Parc Natural de s’Albufera, home to more than 60 species of birds, ideal for nature lovers and where you can take long walks or cycle along its roads and water canals.
5 km away is the village of Santa Margalida, which names the municipality, with its traditional market and the picturesque church located at the top. In early September you may enjoy the most important and typical celebrations of the village`s Saint `La Beata´.
At a distance of 6 km, you can find the pristine beaches of Son Real, with the possibility of nice walking tours across the area, known for its archaeological sites.
8 km away you reach the quiet beach resort of Son Serra de Marina, with stunning natural beaches, especially recommended for fans of surf or kite-surfing. Another highlight would be to visit the famous caves of Artà. Discovering the center of Mallorca you find some of the beautiful villages of the interior, as Alcudia, Pollença or Sineu, with typical weekly markets and plenty of restaurants with authentic Mallorcan food. For shopping, we suggest Inca with its well-known outlets or of course the capital, Palma de Mallorca.
