Located just 25 minutes from Sitges and 45 minutes from Barcelona, this charming Catalan "masia" is ideal for large groups of 22 guests who long for privacy and traditional Spanish luxury!

This spacious mansion of Catalunya Casas is located in a property of 1000 square meters. Entertain your guests with a private pool (8m x 5m), a games room, two living rooms with televisions and a fully equipped kitchen with the following amenities: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and cooktop .

On the ground floor of this two-story villa, there are three bedrooms: (1) a double bed, (2) a double bed with private bathroom, (3) a double bed and a single bed with a bathroom that is equipped for guests with limited mobility. Five additional beds can be added only to the rooms on the ground floor.

The first floor features the remaining bedrooms with the following arrangements: (4) one double bed with ensuite bathroom, (5) one double bed with ensuite bathroom, (6) one double bed with ensuite bathroom, (7) one double bed, (8) two single beds with ensuite bathroom. Fans are available to use to keep the rooms cool.

Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.

Cleaning Policy:

1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training in cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.

2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.

3) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay.

4) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied and Covid-19 cleaned by Elis, an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with activities in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America.

5) All beds and pillows have protective covers.
