Villa Ludovica is an elegant and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Ludovica you will have a splendid view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea. Villa Ludovica is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Santa Maria di Castellabate, roughly 500 meters (550 yards) from shops and the stop for the local bus. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards) and the closest beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Ludovica from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Ludovica you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea. You will share the pool with the owners. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until mid-October.
Patio
The patio is 600 square meters (6460 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the owners, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa, a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has two double-glazed large windows with a view of the patio. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a window with a view of the patio, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the swimming pool through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a jacuzzi bathtub.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the patio. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the swimming pool through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a French door that will allow you to reach the patio and the swimming pool. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
