In the heart of Emilia Romagna, in the city 'Unesco, Ferrara (city' bikes), our apartment Ferrara, 5 minutes from the historic center and the motorway A13 Bologna-Padova, is the third and last floor of a building in a quiet and well served by shops, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, public services. Sleeping in Ferrara not 'never been so' nice.
This charming apartment measuring 80 square meters and is fully restored and renovated recently and can accommodate from 1 to 4 people. Flat Ferrara and 'ideal destination for tourists from all over the world.
All the main monuments are within a few minutes (Schifanoia Palace, Castello Estense, Palazzo dei Diamanti, etc.): Apartment Ferrara offers its guests, free of charge, 4 bikes with which you can go shopping at the nearby supermarket and shops, for to reach the city center 'using the nearby bike paths, or for nice walks on the right bank of the nearby river Po.

The apartment is furnished in modern style, has a large living area, with open-plan living and kitchen connected with French windows, a balcony on which is placed a small table with chairs, where you can smoke safely (all 'apartment and 'non-smoking area), 2 double bedrooms with LCD TV, wardrobe, chairs, air conditioning, como' desk, powerful free wifi, a nice bathroom with window and a large entrance hall with security door. Nel cuore della regione Emilia Romagna, nella citta' patrimonio dell'Unesco, Ferrara ( citta' delle biciclette) , il nostro Appartamento Ferrara , a 5 minuti dal centro storico e dall'uscita autostradale A13 Bologna-Padova, si trova al terzo ed ultimo piano di un palazzo in zona tranquilla e ben servita da negozi, ristoranti, pizzerie , supermarket, servizi pubblici. Dormire a Ferrara non e' stato mai cosi' piacevole.
Questo delizioso appartamento misura 80 mq ed è completamente restaurato e rinnovato di recente e può ospitare comodamente da 1 a 4 persone. Flat Ferrara e' meta ideale per turisti provenienti da tutto il mondo.
Tutti i principali monumenti della città sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti ( Palazzo Schifanoia , Castello Estense, Palazzo dei Diamanti , ecc.) : Appartamento Ferrara mette a disposizione degli ospiti, gratuitamente, 4 biciclette con cui poter fare shopping nei vicini supermarket e negozi, per poter raggiungere il centro citta' utilizzando le vicine piste ciclabili, oppure per belle passeggiate sulla riva destra del vicinissimo fiume Po.

L’appartamento, arredato in stile moderno, è composto da un’ampia zona living, con soggiorno open-space e cucina separata collegata con porta finestra, a balcone su cui trova posto un tavolino con sedie, ove poter fumare tranquillamente ( tutto l'appartamento e' zona non fumatori) , 2 camere da letto matrimoniali con tv lcd , armadio, sedie, aria condizionata, como' scrivania, potente wifi gratuito, un grazioso bagno finestrato ed un ampio ingresso dotato di porta blindata. Tutti gli ambienti affacciano sulla corte condominiale, per cui risultano particolarmente tranquilli e silenziosi. Un parcheggio auto interno, garantisce una pratica soluzione a questa necessita'.
Nel soggiorno trova posto un comodo e moderno divano letto matrimoniale , ampio tavolo, piccola biblioteca turistica, cosi' come nell'ampio corridoio, TV color LCD e connessione ad internet WiFi. Ogni camera da letto e' dotata di condizionatore a regolazione autonoma. Tanti servizi gratuiti alla pari del migliore hotel a Ferrara
La cucina, moderna e razionale, è dotata di ogni confort (piano cottura 4 fuochi, forno elettrico, frigo, congelatore, macchina per caffè elettrica, bollitore per the/tisane, forno a microonde ecc. ) ed è perfettamente attrezzata con stoviglie, set pentole, posate e quant’altro necessario per rendere il soggiorno comodo e piacevole. In più al Vs. arrivo troverete una dotazione di base disponibile gratuitamente (caffè, the, zucchero, torta, brioches, fette biscottate, yogurt, latte, frutta, marmellate, sale, olio, aceto, spezie ecc. ) che vi permetterà di dedicarvi subito alla scoperta della città senza la noia di dover correre a fare acquisti.
Le camere da letto sono luminose e soleggiate, e risultano particolarmente tranquille perché lontane dal traffico.La migliore soluzione come appartamento a Ferrara.
