"433 Western Lake Drive" is an ultimate luxurious home with magnificent views of Western Lake!  Located in the most desirable WaterColor district, Park, this home is a short walk to the beach and all the central services of WaterColor including the shops, the WaterColor Inn, and the Fish Out of Water restaurant. The stunning grandeur, quality, and setting of this home will surely captivate you and your family during your beach vacation! 

This home has been professionally decorated with no detailed missed from the reclaimed farm wood beans, cypress/shiplap walls, Chicago reclaimed brick, and river rock that can be found throughout all three stories.  The first floor features an open flow from the living room to the kitchen with a spacious dining table that can accommodate 8 guests and a beautiful center island with bar stool seating for 5 guests. The outdoor space has a lovely screened-in porch with a fireplace, grill, kitchen and comfortable seating to enjoy a movie on the flat screen tv.  The first floor also offers a wood paneled office, laundry room, and a guest bedroom with a king sized bed and private bathroom. 

The second floor of the home has 4 guest bedrooms each with a king sized bed and private bathroom.  There are two master suites and bathrooms on this floor.  One suite has vaulted ceilings, a sitting nook with two chaise lounge chairs that overlook the serene park and lake views, an exquisite bathroom with separate vanities, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.  The second suite has vaulted ceilings, private bathroom, and a wet bar.  There is a laundry room with two washers and dryers and ample counter/storage space.  

The third floor has an open lounge space at the top of the stairs with a wet bar, comfortable seating and a tv for relaxing and gathering around.  There is a guest bedroom with a king sized bed and built-in bunk bed (2 twins) that is ideal for a young family to share.  An additional bunk room with a twin over twin bunk is on this floor as well.  The theatre room with a projector tv is a wonderful way to end your evenings and is the icing on the cake when it comes to the perfect family vacation!
