The villa AURORA is a beautiful house of about 180m2, recently renovated and consists of 2 independent apartments that are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the Manor House, and can accommodate up to 11 people. The apartment on the 1st floor has a surface area of approximately 90 m2. Recently renovated, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment consists of a first bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a living room-kitchen divided into a living area with a sofa bed (comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children) and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2nd room divided into sleeping area with double bed with canopy and living area with table and chairs, second fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (with shower and whirlpool tub), terrace with magnificent sea view and outdoor furniture and balcony overlooking the courtyard of the Villa. The apartment on the 2nd floor is approximately 90m2 and can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (with bath and hydromassage shower) and terrace with magnificent sea view and outdoor furniture. The AURORA villa has an extremely elegant and refined environment, embellished with Vietri sul Mare majolica made and painted entirely by hand. The house has every kind of comfort: air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi Internet, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, cot (on request). The guests of the AURORA villa can take advantage of large spaces and external services (all free): private parking, swimming pool (open from May to Ottoble), solarium, children's play area, large garden and vegetable garden where local products are grown, barbecue ( on request) . HOUSE RULES: Services included in the price: water, gas, electricity, one set of linen on arrival, one set of towels per person, Wi-Fi Internet, parking, swimming pool (opened from May to October), change of towels and cleaning at wid-week (for stays over 7 nights), Services NOT included (1) Tourist Tax of € 2 per person per night (excl. minor of 18 yo, max of 5 days, from 01 April to 31 October). 2) Final cleaning: € 70.00 per apartment 3) Air condition or Heating is available on request at an additional coast
