The Space

New , fully furnished 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom apartment. Includes

seasonal communal panoramic swimming pool,floor 21 st fitness center, Laundry room and 24 hour manager service. This apartment is located in a quiet , neighbourhood , 20 meters away from metro station and public transportation at the front door.

Modern , ellegant , fully furnished on the 12th floor. The apartment has a complete kitchen, 1 full bathroom, tub included . It has areas for living, dining and cooking. It is a "home away from home" with views over the city , Cordillera de Los Andes , downtown . Includes towels and linen . It has washing and drying facilities on the first floor , internet high speed , wi fi , cable tv and 24 hour controlled acces to the building .

The apartment is ten minutes away ( by subway ) from downtown . the área has all type of facilities , restaurants ,Banks , hospitals , supermarkets ,universities etc. all within walking distance. Fully furnished kitchen with: fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, cups and plates, cutlery, pans, glasses, timber worktop. Master bedroom in suite with queen size bed and walk in closet and a second bedroom with 2 single beds . The apartment has 2 big size LCD TV screens and a private parking área in case you need it for no extra charge ( on demand ).

Response from the owner Dear bill, I'm a little bit surprise about your tittle. You should know that in Chile the native language is Spanish, most people don't speak English. Even though I wasn't in chile in that moment I left 3 contacts that I sent to you that speak english perfectly. I also sent you a touristic guide in english in order that you didn't have any problem at all. There are a wide variety of delivery restaurants, you can find the menus and number at the lobby (all my apartments have phone line). anyway I'm glad to know that you had a good time in Santiago. By the way I have 8 units in the same building and I have never had a complaint about barking. Thanks for your booking. Kind regards. Cecilia
