Welcome to GRATA Colonial Rooms, a private colonial style house with a unique interior patio and mahogany wood finishings. Located in the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo, walking distance from many tourist attractions as "Parque Independencia" and the waterfront street "El Malecón". I'm an architect passionate about my country and its cultural heritage. Airport pick-up service on request. 4 Private double bedrooms with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, WI-FI, Smart-TV and more.

Colonial styled house located at the entrance of Santo Domingo's historic center. A beautiful house with all the colonial architecture details you're looking for to embrace our cultural breeze. It's a 4 bedrooms house with 4 private bathrooms, equipped with A/A, smart TV and work area in every room.
A classic colonial house with an interior patio that communicates every room along the house. Covered with a wooden gable roof, giving to the interior spaces natural light throughout windows and doors. The interiors of the house are characterized by high roof system of more than 3.5 meters; modern wood closets and finishings in mahogany.
The house includes all the services you may need such as hot water, WIFI, phone, smart TVs, electricity, gas for cooking, laundry room with washer and dryer, and more.
