Villa 4 façades complètement rénovée avec piscine chauffée*, située dans un havre de paix. Capacité 8 personnes. Possibilité d'annexes pour 15 personnes au total.
4 chambres (3X lit double + 1X 2 lits simples),
2 Salles de bain (douche/éviers/ meubles rangement/ sèche cheveux). Climatisation dans les 2 chambres sud.
Draps de lit et serviettes de bain sur place pour chacune des chambres,
2WC séparés,
hall de jour et hall de nuit
Salle à manger pour 8 personnes,
cuisine full équipée (micro-onde, four, machine Nespresso, perco, bouloir, grille pain, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle neuve,...).
Internet-Wifi haut débit.
La piscine mesure 14x4 m avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne. Elle est sécurisée par un volet électrique.
La terrasse qui l'entoure est équipée de transats, meubles de jardin, parasols,...
* la piscine est chauffée à la demande hors saison avec des frais supplémentaires en fonction de la consommation d'éléctricité de la pompe à chaleur.
Possibilité de location d'une annexe supplémentaire pour 3 personnes et un bungalow de 4 personnes-2 chambres (dès 400€/semaine chacun).
Ces bâtiments sont proches mais sans aucun vis à vis.
Capacité total dans ce cas 15 personnes maximum.

De superbes sites a quelques minutes de la : port de Solenzara, vallée de la Solenzara, aiguilles de Bavella, site antique d' Aleria, étangs ostréicoles de Diana et Urbino, rivières d eau chaude, la vie en montagne avec ses Berger et petits villages,...
Le départ du sentier "mare Di mare" qui traverse la Corse d est en ouest est à côté de la maison.
Ideal pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme. Pas de voisins proches et de vis à vis.
Nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous donner les 'bons tuyaux' sur place et vous donner les coordonnées de guides de randonnées sur place.
